  • Do the bounce houses require electricity?
    Yes bounce houses require electricity and must be plugged into an outlet the entire time it is being used. Please ensure that there is an outlet nearby the desired area the bounce house will be in. Extension cords may be used.
  • What is the delivery fee?
    The delivery fee is dependent on the city your event will be held in and will be calculated once booking is finalized.
  • When does the client receive a copy of the liability waiver?
    The liability waiver will be given to the client in person once the bounce house is delivered. We will provide a copy and retain a signed copy for our records.
  • What if it rains on the day of my event?
    You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
  • Is a deposit required?
    We do require a $25 dollar deposit. This deposit is necessary to retain your reservation and ensure that the party equipment you need will be available for your event. The deposit will be deducted from your total bill, and the remaining amount will be due at the time of pickup or delivery of the equipment
